Deeba Dies & Tools offer a new advancement that have arrived in wire drawing industry in which a layer of nanocrystalline diamond particles are coated on a carbide base which provide higher strength to the dies. Due to the nanocrystalline diamond coating these dies possesses a longer lifespan and more wear resistance. These dies can be made for very big sizes also up to which PCD is not available but these dies cannot be resized for further use.

Application: These dies are used for compacting large size wires for cables and conductors. These dies give excellent results in drawing hard wires like Steel wire, MS wire, MIG wire, etc.
